Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks. Official/cashiers bank checks or money orders require full payment at time of reservation, plus $300.00 security deposit. See Rental Policies for more information.

Rates do not include taxes. We must add 9.5% sales tax and 3% lodging tax to your total bill (total of 12.5% tax).
Active-duty military, police and fire fighters receive a 10% discount (identification required).
We prorate reservations that overlap two different seasons between the two rates.
We cannot accept reservations for arrivals on Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
