What’s New

We have started off 2012 with some changes on the main level of All Decked Out.  Actually, one change led to a series of other changes.

It started when we were able to purchase two Lazy Boy rocker-recliners.  We got a great deal, but then had to decide where to put them.  The area on the wall by the steps going to the upper level seemed the best.  But it had two small chairs and a long library table.

The solution:  move the two chairs over to Smoky Mountain Tower (where we have several others just like them), and move the long table to the main level bedroom:

Since we were going to need a table between the new rocker-recliners, we decided to move the small table in the front corner of the main room, along with the table lamp.  So here is how the area by the steps looks now – with the new rocker-recliners.

As you see, we also moved the table and lamp from the corner by the TV to provide a table between the rocker-recliners.  But we needed a lamp in that corner, so we moved the floor lamp from the main bedroom to that corner.  We also opened up the couches to provide a larger seating and conversation area.  This is how the main room looked before:

We also changed out the bedside tables in the main king bedroom (they were really too low) for new beside cabinets:

All these changes are designed to make All Decked Out more comfortable for you!
