When you’re ready to book, click on ‘Availability’ and follow the directions below.

Special note: we don’t charge extra for registration or cleaning fees.  And we don’t collect a security deposit when you pay with your approved credit card.  You only pay our low nightly rate (less 5%) and 12.75% sales and lodging taxes.

Instructions:
-Click on ‘Availability‘ in the menu list.

-On the page that opens, enter your arrival and departure dates.  Then click “Review & Book”

-The new page has a place for all your information.  At the top of this page is a section for “Coupon Codes.”  Enter the code above in the box provided.  Be sure to enter it exactly as shown, with caps, lower case and underscores.  Coupon codes are case-sensitive.  After you enter the code, click “Redeem.”  You will see that your price has been reduced by 5%.

-Continue through the booking process by entering all the required information.  If you are booking more than 30 days in advance of your arrival, you will only pay a $150 deposit.  The remainder is due 30 days before arrival.
